Also, it is not a good move if the team lack communication skills and innovation as these are extremely important traits which are needed for agile to be successful. Lastly; if the project cannot be broken down into components or segments then the team will struggle using agile to help them.
Whilst agile does have a great deal of benefits, there are also a few things to watch out for when using it. For example its flexibility can be scary at times, as well as the scope changing continuously.
