MSP Hits America!

Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) teaches or trains a certain method which is surrounded by a framework of processes and principles which should be used when managing a programme. This set of principles and beliefs are vital to success in managing the programme.

The primary function of MSP is to ensure that all projects which have been undertaken and are to be completed must be done so in a logical manner. Whilst the projects may be successful without MSP they will fail to be tied together and coordinated in the same way. Therefore MSP is put in place in order to integrate projects with each one sharing the same methodology and keeping a common objective in sight at all times.

There are several generic principles which are important to the function of MSP. For example MSP will always aim to benefit the company or organisation and will include a risk management process which identifies any risks and plans methods to control them. MSP is also responsible for managing the workforce and ensuring all work is equally divided between them and communication is always possible. Lastly it is important to MSP that high working standards are maintained during each project.

MSP is a new and exciting course which is currently spreading worldwide as we speak.

MSP is currently launching a full day training workshop in Toronto, Ontario and Canada in June this year! This is an exciting prospect for MSP as this is a new training course. Here they will be conducting an in-depth workshop looking at the central principles of MSP.

The managed IT services community which contain around 15 companies have each been invited to attend this workshop as they each understand the importance of taking time out of the office in order to improve their company and increase its success. The main topic of discussion during this workshop will be how to ensure success in today’s highly competitive MSP marketplace. The key speakers will be MSP coach Stuart Crawford and Wendy Frank, who is president of Accell Security.

The MSP workshop will be held from 8am to 5pm and will focus on the following central points of MSP:

· MSP Business Leadership Skills

· MSP Sales Compensation Strategy

· MSP Marketing 101

· Building a culture of success

· The importance of accountability through effective KPIs

· Cloud Services – the ins and outs of focusing on the cloud

During the workshop in America MSP will be demonstrating just how useful it is to have it as part of any work force. MSP provides a framework in which to define the programme and ensure that the focus is maintained on the business objectives.

In a nutshell MSP courses add  value to any organisation that needs to manage and control a number of projects at the same time.
