Trainer - Learning Consultant (Global position)
As one of the largest global training providers, we are seeking to appoint many experienced trainers and learning consultants to provide excellent quality training to our global clients. We are looking for individuals who are interested in delivering training in project management, IT, business improvement and personal development courses.
You will be responsible for designing, developing & delivering training programs for our clients globally. You need to demonstrate excellent customer facing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to share expertise and experience with others. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and cope with demanding situations will play an important role.
The ideal candidate will be able to portray willingness to work in different locations on assignments worldwide. You also need to be able to work independently and within timescales dictated by the training schedules. Logistically you must be able to travel (including overnight stays) to different locations (sometimes abroad) and hold a current Driving License.

Sales Executive
The Knowledge Academy is the fastest growing globally Accredited Training Organization. In 2011 we trained over 25,000 delegates in professional best practice and personal development courses. We deliver the largest public training schedule of over 250 courses in over 50 locations globally.
We deliver training solutions to both the corporate and public sector. Our primary focus is delivering training solutions in a wide range of areas from Project, Programme and IT Service Management to Personal Development and Management courses. Our clients include the likes of Bank of America, HSBC, Sony, Yahoo, BP, Fujitsu, Hewlett Packard, Nokia and various government agencies.
As The Knowledge Academy’s primary focus is delivering training solutions in a wide range of areas therefore, we simply need the BEST sales individuals. The role will involve selling our excellent courses to new delegates, existing clients and prospective clients/companies. You will also be working very closely with your Sales Manager and providing daily reports and updates.
For this role it is essential to have excellent IT skills, confidence, good communication, ability to grasp new concepts quickly, smart appearance and more importantly, a graduate with enthusiasm and a drive to succeed. You will also be multi-tasking, working along constant tight deadlines and independently working. Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided.
