Who is the target audience?  

The AgileSHIFT Exam is primarily designed for individuals who play a crucial role in organisational transformation and are involved in enabling organisational agility. This includes, but is not limited to, executives, managers, team leaders, and members of project teams.  

Prerequisites for writing the exam  

To qualify for the exam, you must have taken an AgileSHIFT training course with any of the training providers who are accredited.

Examination format  

The AgileSHIFT Exam is a closed-book examination conducted online. The exam will have Objective Test Questions (OTQs), which present four options, out of which the right one has to be selected. 

There will be a total of 33 questions, each worth one mark. There is no negative marking. The maximum score is 33. You need 20 marks or more (approximately 60%) to pass the exam. The exam is time-limited, lasting for 45 minutes.
