Step 1: Find and Launch Microsoft Visio Data Visualizer
Firstly, launch Microsoft Excel and go to Insert -> click on the small triangle shown next to the "My Add-ins" button in the "Add-ins group". After that, click on Microsoft Visio Data Visualizer to start the add-in. -
Step 2: Visio Diagram Creation
From the left part of the Data Visualizer box, select and click on your suitable diagram. MS Visio Data Visualizer will automatically build a chart, design a table in the Excel sheet, and populate its cells with dummy amounts. -
Step 3: Modify the Values
Change the table values that the add-in made in the earlier step, and refresh the Visio diagram to update the illustration with the modified data automatically.
