How do I request my exam?
Please enter your email address to begin the exam request process.
You will receive an email from The Knowledge Academy confirming receipt of your email with instructions of how to register for your exam.
When will I receive my exam voucher?
You can complete your voucher request prior to the course. When your attendance has been confirmed, you will receive your voucher within a few hours
When will I receive my ebook?
Bundled with your exam request, you will get the official PeopleCert e-book along with your exam voucher, to support your learning (Applicable for PRINCE2 Agile, ITIL, MSP, MOR, MOV, MOP, and Resilia exams)
When will I receive my exam results?
You will receive your results 2-3 weeks after your exam.
