In order to book your examination, please visit exams - from here the team will issue the corresponding exam voucher before your preferred exam date.
To access your E-Learning course, please visit www.theknowledgeacademy.com/elearning.
You’ll receive these instantly upon booking. In addition, these will be re-sent the day before the course too.
Your workbook is in your order confirmation that you would have received on the day of your original booking. If you’re unable to locate, please raise a ticket and our team will be more than happy to support you.
Not all courses have pre-course reading, however if yours does, you can find this on your order confirmation – this would have been sent you on the day of your original booking.
