VeriSM™ Essentials Exam Information

VeriSM™ Essentials acts as an introduction to the Service Management mindset for professionals who are encountering Service Management for the first time. It is also ideal for undergraduates and graduates, and for candidates who would prefer to complete the VeriSM™ Foundation certification in two parts. The format of the exam is as follows: 

  • Question Type: Multiple Choice 
  • Total Questions: 20 
  • Total Marks: 20
  • Pass Mark: 65% (13/20) marks
  • Duration: 30 Minutes 
  • Open Book/ Closed Book: Closed Book

The VeriSM™ Essentials exam is carried out through EXIN.

These facilities provide students with the opportunity to delve into more specialist subjects and acquire special and advanced degrees while using cutting edge laboratories and classrooms. Sadlon Centre for Health and Wellness provides clinics for the public and allows up to 3000 students to learn about healthcare. Centre for Sustainable Technologies leads the way in construction and energy programming and highly influences the technology and future of building and construction industries.
