You’ll undertake five exams, consisting of 4 core and 1 elective module:

Core Modules:

  • Procurement and Supply Environments - 2 Hours (60 OR Questions)
  • Ethical Procurement and Supply - 2 Hours (60 OR Questions)
  • Contract Administration - 2 Hours (60 OR Questions)
  • Team Dynamics and Change - 2 Hours (60 OR Questions)        

Elective Modules (Choose 1):

  • Socially Responsible Procurement - 2 Hours (60 OR Questions)
  • Socially Responsible Warehousing and Distribution - 2 Hours (60 OR Questions)

Exam Details:

  • Frequency: Exams are held in March, May, July, September, and November.
  • Exam Type: Objective Response (OR) - Select a response from a list of possible answers.

Assessment Criteria:

  • Pass Mark: Typically, a score of at least 70% is required to pass each module.

Exam Process:

  • Arrangements: The Knowledge Academy will arrange your exams, which can be taken either at your nearest CIPS exam centre or remotely from home.
  • Fees: A CIPS fee applies to each exam, with a small additional fee for remote exams.
