How to make Arabic Coffee

Arabic Coffee is one of the most exotic beverages in the world. To make it, you need to follow the below steps:

a) Setting up the Birki coffee pot: The first step entails preparing the coffee pot. This is done by pouring water and sugar into the Birki or pan. The vessel is put on the stove on medium heat to boil the water.

b) Add the Arabic Coffee and Cardamom: Once the water is boiled, you can add the ground coffee and cardamom.

c) Return the pot to boil: After the second step, put the Birki on the stove and let the mixture boil. When the mixture starts to foam, you will have to lift it off the stove, allowing the foam to subside.

d) Reheat the Birki: In this step, you will put the Birki on the stove so that it can heat again and thus allow the mixture to foam again. Then remove the Birki, and let the foam settle. Perform this step at least twice to achieve the right foam texture.

e) Serve: In the last step, the coffee is ready to be served and enjoyed. You will need small cups to pour the coffee and serve the beverage. You can use a filter if required.
